I'm an interaction designer interested in cities, the people in them, and everything in between. After graduating with distinction from the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University I have worked at an architectural textile design studio in the Netherlands, harmonized UX across a suite of business intelligence software in Vancouver, and now design socially activated campaigns and responsive web apps at AKQA in San Francisco.
I have an in depth knowledge of APIs and interaction patterns for multiple social platforms, and am comfortable designing across multiple devices, recognizing where functionality from these platforms can and can't be used to communicate with users through the platforms they already love.
An industrial design project from my senior year was featured on USA Today, and ArchiDutch (a documentary on Dutch architecture which I directed, shot, and produced) recently premiered at the Do You Mean Architecture film festival in Lisbon, Portugal.
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, hanging out in sunny San Francisco.
I love cycling, running, snowboarding, and Wes Burger Wednesday's at Mojo.
